Cancellation Policy

On the 15th day or before, no fee is charged. 14th up to 8th day prior to arrival, the deposit is not refunded. 7th up to the date of arrival (or no show) 100% of the total amount is charged. In the event of early departure the guest is charged 100% of the remaining stay. The cancellation policy applies for both high and low season. All transactions cost are charged to the guest.

Guarantee Policy

30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to credit card 14 days prior to guest's arrival.

Children Policy

Children up to 4,99 years old are accommodated free of charge. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Special Terms

Room rate includes breakfast that is served from 8:00 until 10:00. Half board dinner includes a four courses set menu (starter, salad, main course, dessert). Drinks are not included. Please note that the Hotel Restaurant operates from May till the end of October thus the option Half Board is not always applicable. Moreover, kindly note that a discount of 10% applies to all Hotel guests. Due to the fact that the hotel is a Venetian building from the 16th century and has a lot of steps, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Prices include taxes. Rethymno is nearly equidistant from both main airports, Chania 1 h (67.7 km) and Heraklion1 h 15 min (82.2 km). By car: We strongly recommend approaching Rethymno along the coast taking the western exit from the New National Road at Atsipopoulo/Rethymno - this gets you directly to the port and the old town. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby the hotel. Private parking (fee required) is available within walking distance from the hotel in Melisinou Street. By Bus: There are frequent buses connecting Rethymno with other towns and villages.Central Bus station is located nearby the hotel. Transfer: Taxis can be booked from the airport or port on request. By ferry: Ferries sail from Athens port (Piraeus) daily to Chania (Souda port) and Heraklion port daily.
